be accepted.

Get a master's degree, if you want to. Although a bachelor's
degree can get you into entry-level positions, many other people will
likely have a master's degree, because it keeps the field competitive.
It's a good idea to get one.

Get a PhD if you want to become a professor. To become a
professor you will need to complete a PhD program. Most PhD programs
can be completed in about four years. A PhD is also necessary to get
into senior-level research positions in private industry.
